Seed Funding Round 1
Enhanced Realities is excited to work with investors. Our first round of funding has already begun. ER is seeking 1 million dollars in additional startup capital. This investment will translate to a 10% holding in the company, broken up into a max of 5 investors. The return will be stock in the company which will be held for a minimum of 3 years, with a buyback option or hold option, based on the company’s value at the end of the determined term. The investment capital will be used to hire additional developers, purchase hardware, and grow the brand.
